As Maintenance Worker you will facilitate repairs at the school and residential locations. You will be responsible for the upkeep, repair and overall functionality of buildings and grounds.

• Conduct general repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and flooring maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems promptly.
• Keep grounds clean and safe, including minor landscaping or outdoor repairs.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs and supply needs.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Perform electrical repairs, including installing and replacing switches, outlets, light fixtures, exhaust fans and related components.
• Perform plumbing repairs such as clearing drains, sweating copper lines and installing faucets, disposals and dishwashers.
• Paint interior and exterior building surfaces.
• Maintain grounds, including care of shrubs, trees, lawns, mulch beds, parking lots, sidewalks, gutters and catch basins.
• Help with office moves, meeting setups and breakdowns and special event preparation, including setup, teardown and cleanup.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of experience in a health or human services agency.
• Two (2) years of experience in the building/construction trades.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license (required).

• $22‑$23 per hour.
