CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:- 1. Communication and Relationship Building – Building strong relationships through honest and timely communication is our primary responsibility. The Service Manager is the primary contact person and will:
- 2. Maintenance Service – Provide prompt (immediate for emergency, within 24 hours for routine) response to client service requests
- 3. Manage the janitorial service contract including weekly inspections, reporting, corrective action plans etc.
- 5. Plan and execute capital repairs such as new carpeting, painting etc.
- 6 Manage service contracts – demand and enforce quality service.
This individual must have a valid, clean NYS Driver’s License
