S&K Building Services is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations and inspire a high-performing team. This is a key leadership role in a dynamic environment focused on service excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction.
About the RoleWe’re seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead operations, drive team success, and ensure exceptional service quality. This role oversees all branch functions—staffing, scheduling, payroll, equipment management—while fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day branch operations for efficiency and compliance
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Build, coach, and retain a high‑performing team; promote accountability, growth, and a positive culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure service quality and address issues quickly and effectively.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct quality audits and implement improvements
- Support sales efforts and contribute to business growth
- Oversee payroll, operational reporting, and labor forecasting
- Execute company initiatives and support organizational goals with a results‑driven mindset
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by leadership.
- 5+ years in the service industry
- 3+ years in operations or branch management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/payroll systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Competitive Base Salary Between $70,000 to $90,000
- Weekly Pay
- Bonus Opportunities (Based on individual and company performance)
