Position Overview

• Familiarity with medical regulatory practices.
• High‑level understanding of new product development processes and ability to adapt project management processes to the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated management experience on complex cross‑functional projects.
• Expertise using Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software, including best practices for creating schedules, updating schedules, and critical path analysis of highly complex schedules.
• Familiarity with latest project management methodologies, e.g., Agile, preferred.

• Deliver fundamental project management tools and compose project plans including schedule, budget, and product features, incorporating input across multiple functions and outside partners.
• Outline and track dependencies between functional areas.
• Proactively influence timely decisions and take actions reflecting business objectives on delivery and alternative courses of action to ensure project/product are on time, on specification, and on budget.
• Run regularly scheduled team meetings, providing transparency around project progress (schedule, budget, resources, and scope).
