. Ideal candidate is a "team player" with a positive attitude. Hours are Monday-Friday with flexible Saturdays. Excellent benefits and bonus program.

- Coordinating, managing, and monitoring operations
- Ensuring the health and safety of team members
- Oversight of product quality and financial viability
- Provide accurate and timely reporting
- Engage continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee effective and efficient shipping, receiving, and maintenance of equipment.
- Professional development of staff
- Provide excellent customer service promoting repeat business
- Maintain established accounting controls including daily cash balancing
- Previous experience recycling, receiving, shipping and/or processing
- 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in recycling, receiving, shipping and/or processing
- 4+ years’ experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree
- $31.42/hr
- Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and several Saturdays a month from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (average of ~5 hours over time per week paid at 1.5 X hourly rate)
