Operations - Supervisor

. Ideal candidate is a "team player" with a positive attitude. Hours are Monday-Friday with flexible Saturdays. Excellent benefits and bonus program.

• Coordinating, managing, and monitoring operations
• Ensuring the health and safety of team members
• Oversight of product quality and financial viability
• Provide accurate and timely reporting
• Engage continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee effective and efficient shipping, receiving, and maintenance of equipment.
• Professional development of staff
• Provide excellent customer service promoting repeat business
• Maintain established accounting controls including daily cash balancing

• Previous experience recycling, receiving, shipping and/or processing
• 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years’ experience in recycling, receiving, shipping and/or processing
• 4+ years’ experience in a leadership role

• Bachelor’s degree

• $31.42/hr

• Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and several Saturdays a month from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (average of ~5 hours over time per week paid at 1.5 X hourly rate)
