As an Electrical Services Project Manager, you oversee the entire lifecycle of various electrical projects. You begin by reviewing proposals and blueprints before coordinating with vendors to secure pricing. Your day involves managing project schedules, conducting on-site job walks to ensure quality, and leading the electric team. You'll work with clients and officials to ensure all projects meet safety standards, while also managing all procurement, change orders, and documentation to ensure a seamless and profitable process from start to finish.

What It Takes to Join Our Team- 5+ years of project management experience
- 10+ years of electrical experience
- Knowledge of contracting and developing budgets, project management, management proficiency, tracking budget expenses, planning, and performance management
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods, etc.) as well as an understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards, and their impact on project activities
- Knowledge and proficiency in estimating programs, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the NFPA codes and strong problem-solving skills
- Leadership abilities and present self in a professional manner
- Ability to take the project from estimate to close out
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
