We’re hiring a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of leased and off-site owned properties supporting healthcare, academic, and business operations.
This isn’t just site oversight — you’ll act as the University’s managing agent, leading landlord relations, tenant management, relocations, emergency response, and renovations under $1M. You’ll partner closely with Facilities, Finance, Security, and executive stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across College Town, the Medical Center, and affiliated locations.
What We’re Looking For:- 5+ years of commercial property management experience
- Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance, and building operations
- Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and enterprise systems (Workday a plus)
