Detail Senior Management candidates will begin their employment in our extensive hands‑on Manager Training Program. Our paid training program allows candidates to further develop their leadership skills and learn technical car care expertise, while also preparing them to fulfill a Senior Management‑level position in our Detail Shops. This position will be assigned to a Detail Shop location in our Rochester, NY Market.

This position will directly report to the Detail Shop Supervisor and act as a second‑in‑charge. The pay range for this position is a base pay of $65K-$85K per year plus bonuses, depending on experience. This position will also allow for advancement opportunities to potentially earn over $100K.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Upholding customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for quality
• Mastering team member responsibilities within your assigned department
• Working hands‑on alongside the team members
• Training, coaching, and evaluating team members' performance
• Ensuring that team members adhere to all safety regulations
• Addressing all customers in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner
• Performing regular maintenance and minor repairs to mechanical systems and/or equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness of the premises which includes sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and landscaping

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of two years of leadership or management experience
• Must be able to demonstrate consistent work experience
• Must have active listening, problem solving, empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, and clear verbal/written communication skills
• Previous sales experience or be self‑motivated to drive revenue by following sales models and encouraging other team members to do the same
• A courteous and professional demeanor
• Patience, motivation, and initiative to lead others
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time, with or without accommodation
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, with or without accommodation
• Schedule flexibility to include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Flexibility to be able to transfer to any Rochester location due to the needs of Delta Sonic
• A valid driver's license is required
• Military experience is a plus – Veterans and transitioning military are strongly encouraged to apply!
