Clinical Director

Delphi Rise is seeking a compassionate, innovative Director of Clinical Services to lead an exciting new chapter in our 90-year history.

This is not a traditional clinical leadership role. The Director will lead a unique continuum that includes our Outpatient Clinic, Monroe County’s only 24/7 Open Access Center, and our innovative In Community services, an OASAS pilot that brings treatment into settings where people feel safe and comfortable seeking care.

The Director will guide the thoughtful integration of these services into one coordinated continuum, strengthening shared processes, communication, accountability, and collaboration. This position oversees clinical quality, regulatory compliance, program performance, budgets, and personnel across all three service areas.

The Director of Clinical Services provides trauma-informed leadership and operational oversight for Delphi Rise’s Outpatient Clinical Continuum, including a small Outpatient clinic, Monroe County’s only 24/7 Open Access, and In-Community clinic services.

This role will lead an important next chapter for Delphi. The organization has provided clinical services for 90 years and has operated Monroe County’s only Open Access Center for 10 years. Now, Delphi is bringing these strengths together as one coordinated continuum. The Director will guide the thoughtful integration of Open Access, which has historically operated with significant independence, into the clinic through shared processes, procedures, communication, and accountability.

The continuum also includes a small, steady outpatient clinic with experienced clinical and medical staff, as well as an innovative OASAS pilot that brings services into community settings where people feel safe and comfortable seeking care. This position is accountable for clinical quality, regulatory compliance, program performance, budgets, personnel, and effective coordination across these services.

• Ensure compliance across the outpatient clinical continuum of services with applicable state and federal regulations, confidentiality standards, client reporting systems, recordkeeping requirements, licensing standards, and organizational policies.
• Oversee timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation of client care within the electronic medical record across all assigned outpatient services.
• Ensure financial, contractual, and program goals are met by managing outcome objectives, productivity targets, census, access, service volume, and other key performance indicators.
• Lead utilization review and quality assurance processes to ensure appropriate enrollment, timely access, continuity of care, and high-quality service delivery.
