** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on plant equipment.
* Inspect and identify equipment issues to ensure safe and reliable operations.
* Conduct preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime.
* Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
* Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to support plant operations.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
* Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
* Commitment to working safely and following established procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
* Skilled in using tools and equipment common to mechanical maintenance work.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $31.00 to $34.50 per hour
