Print Production Scheduler – Rochester, NY
Pay: $25–$32/hr
Schedule:
Sunday–Thursday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Are you a production scheduling pro who thrives in fast‑paced manufacturing? We’re looking for someone who can keep digital presses running, balance workloads, and adjust on the fly to hit tight deadlines. This role is the hub of the print floor — sequencing jobs, maximizing press uptime, and ensuring on‑time delivery. If you understand digital workflows and can think two steps ahead, this is your seat at the table.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Build and manage daily production schedules for digital print operations
- Balance jobs across presses (HP Indigo & Canon Inkjet experience a plus)
- Adjust in real time for rush orders, downtime, or volume shifts
- Maintain accurate job data in ERP/MIS systems
- Partner with production, planning, and purchasing to keep work moving
- Track performance metrics and drive workflow improvements
- 2+ years production scheduling experience (print or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong system skills (ERP/MIS + Excel)
- Solid understanding of digital print workflows
- Ability to prioritize, pivot quickly, and stay organized under pressure
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
