• Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on plant equipment.
• Inspect and identify equipment issues to ensure safe and reliable operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to support plant operations.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Commitment to working safely and following established procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Skilled in using tools and equipment common to mechanical maintenance work.

• Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $31.00 to $34.50 per hour
