Production Supervisor

2-2-3 (Fireman) rotation (shift remains the same but days off change every other week)

Manage all aspects of product preparation and oversee and monitor the performance of production as it relates to quality, safety, productivity, waste control, and scheduling

• Manage and complete work orders as determined by production schedule
• Manage assigned production lines
• Cross functional interaction to resolve technical problems, scheduling conflicts, equipment issues, etc.
• Manage staff of hourly employees to include-
• scheduling personnel to meet production requirements
• taking disciplinary action per company policies
• drafting and delivering performance evaluations
• training and development, timecard management, handling employee relations issues

• AS Degree with job experience is preferred
• Ability to work with numbers, perform calculations, mechanically inclined
• Good communication, verbal and written skills
• Good leadership skills to influence and motivate associates
• 5 plus years of production experience in high-speed canning/bottling operation
• Some supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc.)
