Rolen Technologies services the transportation industry by engineering, designing and fabricating the interior components of commercial trains. In Rochester we are currently working on several transportation/train projects for which we provide bathroom units for new trains. At the facility we assemble the bathroom units and ship them to our clients – Alstom & Rotem – so they can place them in their trains.

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Production Fabricator to join our team. If you know your way around blueprints, hand tools, and machine tools—and you take pride in doing things right the first time—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble components and products according to technical specifications and assembly instructions.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot and report defects or malfunctions in assembly processes.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain records of assembly production and report progress to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and instructions
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Good eye for detail and steady hands
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for most of the shift
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset
- Must have personal transportation (nearest public transportation is 2 miles away)
