Job Title:

CNC Maintenance Technician

The CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for analyzing mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and implementing corrective actions. The role involves performing scheduled maintenance and inspections, completing maintenance and repair logs, and testing equipment upon completion of repairs to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plan corrective actions.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections of assigned equipment.
  • Complete maintenance and repair logs accurately.
  • Clear jams and set aside product for inspection and rework as required.
  • Test equipment upon completion of repairs, changeovers, or extended downtime to assure performance.
  • Examine defects and out-of-spec products and take corrective action on equipment where possible.
  • Notify management of recurring issues with equipment or its operation.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Skills & Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience repairing CNC Mills and Lathe machines
  • 2+ years of mechanical/electrical repair experience
  • Knowledge of FANUC and/or Mazak controls

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56,160.00 - $72,800.00/yr.
