Choose Your Track Are you a CNC Machinist who owns setups?1st Shift – 3 Openings | Up to $32.00/hr (based on setup experience)
Set up and operate CNC milling or turning centers
Read prints, adjust tooling/offsets, and verify first articles
Ready to level up as a CNC Operator?
A & B Shift – 8 Openings | Up to $25.00 – $26.00/hr (top operators)
Load/unload parts, monitor machines, and maintain throughput
Handle basic quality checks and documentation

Visual Inspectors / Micro Deburrers (A & B Shift) | $18.00 – $24.00/hr Inspect small precision parts under magnification
Perform meticulous micro deburring
Engineer efficiency?
Manufacturing Engineers (CNC Programming) | $38.00 – $50.00/hr Create and optimize CNC programs (milling or turning)
Drive process improvements and support production teams
Keep machines running right?
Maintenance Mechanic (A Shift) | $30.00 – $40.00/hr Maintain and repair production equipment
