Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for testing boards, modules, and units, making critical data-based decisions, and collaborating with Leads and Test Engineering to ensure optimal station functionality and high yields. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our quality standards and driving continuous improvement. This position involves a fast-paced environment, collaborative teamwork and achieving results-based goals.
Essential Functions- Performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products in a repetitive nature
- Follows an engineered assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align parts
- Uses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screw drivers, soldering irons, and wrenches
- Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels
- Uses Microsoft Office programs
- Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements
- Performs some hand soldering on electronic assemblies
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, flexible production environment
- Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks
- Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours).
- Able to transport up to 25 lbs.

- Ability to work overtime as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years prior experience
- Currently enrolled in an electrical technician degree program
- Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory
- Associates degree (technical discipline)
- Electronics / RF Troubleshooting Experience
- Experience with Harris RFCD products and assembly processes
- Able to perform LabVIEW driven automated tests
- Familiar with basic test equipment, i.e. Signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers
- Able to read and understand schematic diagrams
- MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with basic computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel (Unicam knowledge a plus)
- Willingness to work and learn in fast-paced production environment
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater
D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $36,920- $63,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
