• Operate equipment for assembly and processing tasks to produce and package products according to specifications.
• Inspect in-process and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Set up production equipment and perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor production issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality and production.
• Participate in cross-training and assist in training new staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle frequent lifting of 21-30 lbs.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.

• Experience with quality systems and production work orders.
• Visual acuity and ability to recognize product quality issues.
• Experience in a similar role or relatable experience.
