Sewing Operator

Adecco is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Sewing Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating sewing machines, constructing garments and textile products, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of previous experience.

** Responsibilities*
* + Operate sewing machines safely and efficiently

+ Sew and assemble garments or textile products according to company standards and production requirements

+ Review samples, product photos, and work instructions before production runs

+ Inspect materials and finished products for defects, seam quality, and overall workmanship

+ Follow supervisor instructions regarding product changes and sample construction

+ Maintain production goals and daily output expectations

+ Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed

+ Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

+ Perform additional duties as assigned

** Qualifications*
* + Previous sewing or textile production experience preferred

+ Experience operating home or industrial sewing machines

+ Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong attention to detail and quality

+ Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team

+ Knowledge of garment alterations and patterns is a plus

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

+ Ability to lift up to 10 - 20 pounds as needed

+ Ability to handle repetitive hand and arm movements throughout shift

** Pay Details:**  $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
