Associate Operator; Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Associate Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment to assemble, inspect, and package products according to established specifications. You will ensure adherence to all procedures, policies, quality, and safety guidelines while recommending and supporting opportunities for workflow improvements. • Set up production equipment to produce sub-assemblies or finished products.
• Ensure production equipment is operational and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Prepare accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, and test results.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor production problems.
• Support continuous improvement opportunities to enhance workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Use basic equipment or hand tools to perform job tasks.
• Recognize unacceptable product quality and take appropriate actions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in an operations/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently lift 21-30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including overtime and weekends.

• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Visual acuity and ability to read and write English.
