The pay rate for this job is $18 - $20 / hour.
* Hourly pay rates are a good‑faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. • Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
• Measure, cut, drill, fasten, and finish materials to required specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Assist in other areas of production as needed
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Basic math skills
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Must pass tape measure exam
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
