Job Description Entry Level Machine Operator
Pay: $20/HR
Location: Newington & Rochester
Schedule: 1st & 3rd Shifts
Looking to start a career in manufacturing? We're hiring entry-level Machine Operators to join a growing production team! No extensive manufacturing experience is required—we're looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do- Operate production and finishing equipment
- Sandblast, deburr, and prepare parts for production
- Use hand tools and measuring gauges
- Perform basic assembly tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Basic math and measurement skill
- Strong attention to detail
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
