Harris, a technology leader in defense manufacturing, located in Henrietta, NY.

As an assembler, you’ll be responsible for assembling electronic and electro‑mechanical components using both manual and automated processes.

• Perform electronic and electro‑mechanical assembly work
• Read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing tasks
• Identify and resolve routine issues during the assembly process
• Work under general supervision with some peer review
• Complete smaller, task‑oriented assignments
• Stand for the entire shift

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 4+ years of relevant assembly experience or a post‑secondary/associate degree with 0–2 years of related experience
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow detailed instructions

Pre‑Employment Requirement:
All offers are contingent upon passing pre‑employment screenings, including drug testing. Candidates must test negative for marijuana.

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $17.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM | $19.25/hr
• 3rd Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | $21.88/hr

Training Requirement:
All candidates must complete a 2‑week training program, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
