- Operate material handling equipment.
- Operate packaging tools (machine and hand).
- Using RF devices for accurate material tracking.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse and forklift/side loader experience.
- High school education or GED desired.
- Good mathematical competencies.
- Attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Able to read a tape measure to the sixteenth. Experience with micrometers and calipers.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience using computers.
- Experience with cutting and banding equipment is a plus.
- Forklifts
- Ability to spend 80% of the day standing.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (22.7kg) maximum occasionally with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs (11.3kg).
- Work is primarily conducted in an industrial environment; which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Adherence to strict safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential to minimize risks and ensure a safe work environment

CompensationThe base hourly pay range for this position is $17.26 - $21.10. If you are hired, your base pay rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.
