This person will contribute to the company’s success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub‑assemblies, or end products.

• Performs a variety of mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub‑assemblies, or end products in a repetitive nature
• Follows an engineered assembly process, but may require the ability to adjust, fit, or align parts
• Uses hand tools such as long nose pliers, screwdriver, soldering irons, and wrenches
• Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels
• Uses Microsoft Office programs
• Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements
• Performs some hand soldering on electronic assemblies
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast‑paced, flexible production environment
• Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks
• Traverses across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours)
• Able to transport up to 25 lbs
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to work overtime as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior or relevant experience, or 2 years post‑secondary/associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
• No security clearance required

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $36,920 – $63,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
