* The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining packaging and production equipment in a manufacturing environment while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Set up and operate automated packaging equipment.
+ Perform quality inspections and complete production documentation.
+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
+ Enter production data into manufacturing systems.
+ Follow GMP, safety, and work instruction requirements.
+ Support continuous improvement, cross-training, and team objectives.
+ Assist with machine adjustments and basic repairs.
** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.
+ 1-4 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
+
Experience with automated equipment and production systems preferred.
+ Basic knowledge of GMP and regulated manufacturing environments.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime or weekends as needed.
** Work Environment*
* Manufacturing environment requiring adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
** Pay Details:** $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
