$19.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on entry level to experienced manufacturing.

• This range reflects Carestream’s good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position.

Carestream Health is seeking Assemblers for its digital manufacturing teams at 1049 W Ridge Road, Greece, NY
.

Hours:

6am to 2:30pm and 5AM to 3:30PM (Summer hours). Day shift.

• Assembles final assemblies and systems per manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
• Will help on the manufacturing floor.
• Electro – mechanical troubleshooting skills and problem solving.
• Tests production product to ensure proper operation per established test criteria.
• Ability to build Digital Radiography sub-assemblies within quality requirements.
• Individual follows written “standard work” processes, accurately records data, and provides input / feedback during team discussions.
• When engaging with team members, this individual works effectively with others.
• This individual is reliable and complies with all company / departmental policies & regulations. FDA Audits, 5S, compliance. Operates with direct supervisory support.

• A person that enjoys instructions, accurate, teachable, consistent, orderly, detailed, thoughtful, loyal and genuinely cares about putting together a great product.
• Must have a proven track record of showing up for work on time, putting in an honest 8-10 hour work day and being respectful to all. Then doing it again the next day.
• Minimum of HS Diploma or GED
• Good Communication (verbal and written)
• Decision-making and problem solving
• Person must be willing and able to meet the following physical requirements listed below

• 1+ years applicable and consistent experience (manufacturing, warehouse) highly preferred
• Electrical and Mechanical knowledge
• Material Handler exp.
• Packing
• Following Standard Work Instructions step by step accurately
