Harris is seeking a Sr Assoc, Manufacturing Engrg to support the Jefferson Road Operations Center in Rochester, NY. You will work on mechanical assembly processes, production lines, tooling, and fixturing, driving improvements and problem solving on the shop floor.
You will develop and maintain production processes, work instructions, and related documentation, while collaborating with Engineers, Quality and Operations to reduce cost, waste and cycle times.
