RPI in Rochester, NY is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing floor operations, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement. You will ensure targets, safety, quality, and productivity while enforcing procedures and performance expectations on a fast-paced line.
You ll collaborate with Production and Operations teams, train staff, manage attendance/timekeeping, and adapt to shifted hours including potential overtime.
