Embroidery and Engraving machines, Screen Printing. Prior experience is helpful, Creative, Self-starter, Computer experience helpful, Family run business for 48 years, lots of opportunity to grow
Key Responsibilities- Production: Set up and operate manual or automatic screen printing presses.
- Pre-press: Prepare screens, burn images, and mix inks to match design specifications.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency with customer orders.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform basic machine maintenance to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
- Deadline Management: Meet production deadlines and prioritize jobs effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify color inconsistencies or printing defects.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prefer Experience in Embroidery
