Bausch + Lomb in Rochester, NY is seeking a Shop Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance shop operations. Working 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, you will oversee long-term repair strategies, vendor relations, audit prep, and 6S standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating calibrations, managing RMAs, supporting shift-change coverage, onboarding, training, and maintaining tool inventory and DWGs, while upholding OSHA and cGMP practices.
