Machinist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machinist who will be responsible for the set-up and operation of various vertical mill machining centers. The ideal candidate will handle tooling changes and perform some program editing directly at the machine. This position operates on a first shift with the possibility of overtime, and you will be expected to run your own parts in a small, relaxed shop environment.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate vertical mill machining centers.
- Change tooling as required.
- Edit programs at the machine when necessary.
- Run own parts in a small shop setting.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with CNC Mill Set Up.
- Ability to change tooling and modify programs at the machine.
- Experience with Fanuc controls.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with programming or editing programs is a plus, but not required.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
