* Growing manufacturing company is seeking an
** Junior Production Scheduler
** who is eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with
** 1+ year of production scheduling, manufacturing, ERP, or related experience
** who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and interested in developing their career in production planning.
The Production Scheduler will support daily production scheduling, work within an
** ERP/scheduling system** , monitor production workflow, and collaborate with Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, and other departments to keep schedules on track.
** Responsibilities*
* + Assist with creating and adjusting daily production schedules
+ Work within the ERP/scheduling system to maintain accurate schedules
+ Monitor production schedules and communicate updates to internal teams
+ Track production performance, on-time delivery, and workflow
+ Help identify scheduling issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
+ Maintain accurate scheduling and production data
+ Work closely with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other departments
+ Provide support to the production finishing area as needed
+ Work across multiple adjacent production buildings; role involves regular walking throughout the facility
** Qualifications*
* +
** 1+ year of experience
** in production scheduling or similar experience
+ High school diploma/GED required; degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
+
Experience with an ERP or scheduling system preferred
+ Strong Excel and computer skills
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data
+ Ability to adapt to changing production priorities
+ Comfortable working with management and cross-functional teams
