  • Help improve the skillsets of other troubleshooting technicians by providing hands-on coaching, mentoring, cross-training, and technical instruction.
  • Identify training gaps and recommend development opportunities to strengthen team technical capability and overall manufacturing performance.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, manufacturing leadership, and test personnel to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Assist in developing and refining troubleshooting procedures, standard work, and best practices to improve consistency and repeatability.
  • Promote and enforce compliance with all safety, ESD, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing process requirements.
  • Support production schedules and help prioritize troubleshooting resources to minimize downtime and maintain throughput.
  • Participate in audits, readiness reviews, corrective action activities, and process improvement projects as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree in electronics, manufacturing technology, industrial systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Significant experience in manufacturing, production test, electronics repair, mechanical assembly, or troubleshooting in a technical production environment.
  • Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capability in manufacturing systems, products, or test equipment.
  • Proven ability to guide, coordinate, or provide technical oversight to other technicians in a production setting.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality requirements, and root cause/corrective action methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and technical instruction to peers.
  • Experience documenting technical findings, repairs, and process issues accurately and completely.
  • Working knowledge of safety procedures, ESD controls, and applicable production standards.
