The Judge Group is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Rochester, NY area.

• Lead operational excellence projects from concept through execution to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities to reduce waste and enhance performance.
• Develop and standardize procedures, visual controls, work instructions, and process settings.
• Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements.
• Facilitate Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement training programs.
• Utilize value stream mapping and data analysis to drive measurable KPI improvements.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for production challenges.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Lean manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of TPM principles and implementation strategies.
• Experience with Lean tools including 5S, SMED, value stream mapping, fishbone diagrams, and visual management.
• Proven ability to present projects and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Skilled in process mapping, KPI tracking, change management, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting with occasional lifting requirements.
