Job Summary Details:- Base Pay Rate: $25/hr. to $39/hr., non-exempt, full-time hours, this is a good faith estimate and is dependent on experience, training, and educational background.

Monday-Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM or 7AM to 3:30PM - Overtime:

This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes, that support the production of precision machined parts with tight tolerances. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on engineer with strong CNC manufacturing knowledge, CNC programming skills, able to write code and edit existing programs, using CAD/CAM, Mastercam controllers, and has a passion for driving process improvements, improving quality, and increasing manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Design production methods that improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and support consistent product quality.
- Create manufacturing documentation, process routings, work instructions, tooling and fixture plans, and machining setup documentation.
- Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software for mills/lathes/turn and multi-axis machining centers and related equipment.
- Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing methods to maximize productivity.
- Support new product introduction from engineering through production.
- Analyze manufacturing data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve throughput.
- Collaborate with production, quality, programming, and engineering teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and manufacturing methods.
- Participate in process validation, capability studies, and root cause analysis.
- Assist with production planning and provide engineering support for customer quotations and manufacturability reviews.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards, customer specifications, and safety requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. HS Diploma or GED and relevant experience, required.
- 4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience within a CNC precision machining and manufacturing environments, required.
- Strong Proficiency with CAD/CAM, using Mastercam controllers, Solid Works or similar platforms, required.
- Experienced in CNC programming G & M Code and supporting CNC machining centers, able to write and edit new and existing code, required.
- Experience using precision measuring tools and equipment for calibrations.
- Knowledge of GD&T, CNC mill/lathe/turn/multi-axis machining practices, tooling, fixturing, cutting parameters, and lean manufacturing principles, required.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and inspection methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
