Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $40/hr
Shift: Monday – Friday (hours discussed during interview, typically 7-4 or 8-5)

What's a typical day as Extrusion Blow Molding Tech? You'll be:
- Setting up and starting up various extrusion blow molding machines according to production schedules
- Installing and removing molds, ensuring proper alignment and connections
- Adjusting machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time for optimal performance
- Performing first-piece inspections to verify product quality
- Troubleshooting molding and process issues to minimize downtime
- Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments during production
- Conducting routine maintenance on molds and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Maintaining accurate production and setup documentation
- Collaborating closely with quality, maintenance, and production teams
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
- Possess experience with molding machines and tooling
- Demonstrate strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Have knowledge of plastics materials and processing techniques
- Have 2+ years of molding setup or processing experience (preferred)
- Are familiar with robotics and automation systems (preferred)
- Hold a basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems (preferred)
