Maintenance Engineer
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, improving processes, and being actively involved in daily production operations. In addition to supporting maintenance initiatives, you will assist with assembly and machine operation activities, making this a well-rounded position with exposure to multiple areas of manufacturing.

Responsibilities- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections to minimize downtime.
- Assist with machine operation and production activities as needed.
- Support assembly operations to help meet production schedules and customer demands.
- Analyze equipment issues and assist in implementing long-term corrective solutions.
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and maintenance best practices.
- Help identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, maintenance engineering, or related environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment or machinery.
- Assembly experience in a production environment.
- Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, or industrial controls is a plus.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
