Base Pay Range
$41,600 - $45,760 per year

Production Associate – First ShiftMonday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Responsibilities- Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.
- Operates machinery safely according to company policies.
- Performs first‑piece inspection and in‑process inspection.
- Cross‑trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs and deadlines.
- Ability to use measurement tools accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while meeting goals.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Mechanical/manufacturing background is a plus.
