Location: City of Rochester
Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. in Rochester, NY is seeking a 1st shift Production - Supervisor to lead a 20-30 person production team on the shop floor. You will focus on safety, quality and timely movement of product while reporting to the Plant Manager.
The role requires coaching and developing staff, managing schedules (5:00AM-3:30PM, Monday–Friday) and driving KPI improvements. A forklift certification and strong communication skills are essential.
