Buckeye Corrugated, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Production - Supervisor to manage the production floor, coach roughly 20–30 associates, and ensure timely, quality output. The role reports to the Plant Manager in a fast-paced setting with a 5:00AM-3:30PM Monday–Friday schedule.
You will drive safety, efficiency and KPI achievement while maintaining documentation, training, and equipment operation. A strong leader who mentors others and communicates clearly is essential.
