58 years of hands-on CNC machining experience, including machine setup

Experience with horizontal and/or vertical milling machines, live tooling lathes, or Swiss/Citizen turning machines

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentCNC Setup Mill Machinist Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with ERP software and ISO environments

Familiarity with FANUC controls and 5-axis CNC machines

Exposure to high-performance engineering plastics machining

Previous work in a clean, regulated manufacturing environmentCNC Machinist Day-to-Day Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components

Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet engineering specifications

Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as needed for optimal performance

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Participate in ongoing training and cross-training opportunities

Shifts available:
First shift (Monday Friday, 7:00 am3:30 pm) and second shift (Monday Thursday, 3:15 pm1:45 am, four 10-hour days).Bring your machining expertise to a company that values craftsmanship, invests in its people, and offers the stability to build a long-term future.
