Finishing Supervisor

MCC seeks a Finishing Supervisor for 3rd shift to lead finishing operations in support of our global Christian relief and development mission. This role supervises a small production team, ensuring accurate, high-quality finishing, packing, and shipment of materials that resource MCC's programs. The supervisor will organize workflow, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and uphold safety and quality standards. Working in a collaborative, faith-driven environment, this position troubleshoots equipment issues, maintains inventory accuracy, trains staff and volunteers, and continuously improves processes to support efficient, mission-aligned operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3rd shift finishing staff and volunteers to meet production goals
• Plan and assign work orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when needed
• Ensure adherence to all safety, cleanliness, and equipment procedures
• Coordinate packing, labeling, and shipment of finished materials
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and update production records
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members on processes and standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with day shift and other departments for smooth handoffs
• Model MCC's Christian, service-oriented values in daily operations
