TheCNCBlanking
Programmerwillsupporttheprogrammingandproductionofprecisionsheetmetalcomponents,workingcloselywiththemanufacturingfloortoensureprogramsareaccurate,efficient,and production-ready.
- ProgrammultipletypesofCNCequipment,includingpressbrakes,laserturrets,andblankingequipment
- Buildandoptimizenestsusingcustomer-suppliedmodels,drawings,andprints
- Utilize Solid Worksand CNCprogrammingsoftwaretodevelopproduction-readyprograms
- WorkwithAmadaVPSS4iEBlankforblankingandnestingapplications
- Supportpressbrakeprogrammingandothersheetmetalprogrammingrequirements
- Respondtoshop-floorprogrammingquestionsandassistwithsetup-related issues
- Close Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) andaddresspre-productionreviewactionitems
- Reviewcustomermodelsandprintstoensuremanufacturabilityandprogrammingaccuracy
- Collaboratewithengineering,production,andotherinternalteamstoresolvemanufacturingissues
- Helpidentifyopportunitiestoimproveprogrammingefficiency,materialutilization,andproductionprocesses
- Supportthemanufacturingteamduringthecompany'splannedfacilitytransitionasneeded
- Theidealcandidatewillhavehands-onCNCprogrammingexperiencewithinasheetmetalfabricationenvironment,alongwithstrongCADskillsandtheabilitytoworkcollaborativelywithproductionpersonnel.
