Production Technicians

Position: Production Technicians - Multiple Openings!
Location: City of Rochester

Work Schedule
** Day and Night Shifts available:
** 6:00 am - 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 6:00 am following a 2-2-3 schedule with built-in overtime and days off;
Night Shift differential: $1.25/hr overview

Responsibilities Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency in production.

Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Operate and maintain packaging machines, ensuring products are packaged correctly and efficiently.

Utilize Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) to monitor and control production processes.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications Strong shop math skills to perform measurements and calculations accurately.

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation.

Familiarity with packaging machines and HMI systems.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

You should be proficient in:
