Position Summary:
Machine Operator Assistant’s role is to help keep the department running efficiently by staging work for the machines and by caring for the machine fluids (lubricants and coolant).
Job Responsibilities:- Maintain cleanliness of wash area (i.e. mop floors, change solvents in tanks) and ensure all wash materials used have been replenished at the end of each shift.
- Maintain machine fluid inventories (lubricants and coolant)
- Knowledge of safe work practices including working with solvents and overhead crane use.
- Good communication skills.
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No travel required
