Employment:
Direct Placement

Compensation: $20.66-$30/hr
-Based on experience (+ a $3.00/hr shift differential)
Schedule:
3 rd Shift - Monday night through Saturday morning, 11:00PM-7:30AM
** Must be available to train on 1 st shift - M-F 7:00AM-3:30PM for 4-6 weeks
- Maintain optimal equipment performance by conducting routine inspections and proactive servicing of machinery and robotics
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and production disruptions

- Includes mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems and robots.
- Preventive maintenance on assigned machinery and facilities equipment.
- Perform repairs in an efficient and timely manner.
- Responsible for adhering to all safety rules and always wearing proper PPE.
- Regular attendance during scheduled work hours is an essential function of this position.
What You’ll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve.
- Mechanical ability and skill set.
- Self-motivated with own tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to recognize and recommend improvements to machine or cell layouts.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Driver's License required.
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Manufacturing environment
- Includes Climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, heavy lifting and high noise levels.
