We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Strategist.

The digital marketing strategist at Cypress North is a key driver of client strategy (along with the manager) and should be constantly working to ensure that clients are hitting goals on time and on budget.

This position will include in-depth client communication that includes:

• Attending & driving weekly & bi-weekly client calls
• Teaching/explaining efforts, understanding “the why”
• Explaining deliverables and assessment outcomes
• Answering questions directly via calls/messages to clients

Additionally, the strategist will work on account optimization and continued experimentation/testing and creation of client strategy.

• Identify strategic improvements and lead testing/experimentation
• Display exceptional written & verbal communication with keen ability to explain & inform clients
• Work with managers on client strategy & identify new opportunities
• Demonstrate the ability to test hypothesis and run strategic experiments
• Identify new tasks needed for clients when working with manager
• Train and help new employees and interns
• Identify opportunities where the agency can increase scope to help clients

4+ years digital marketing background preferred
