Cypress North is a performance marketing agency working with clients from local businesses to global enterprises. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our performance marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in client relationships, strategy execution, and account optimization.

• Attend and actively contribute to weekly and bi-weekly client calls.
• Present and explain sections of weekly reports, guiding clients through insights and next steps.
• Clearly articulate deliverables, assessment outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
• Answer client questions promptly and professionally via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with managers and strategists to execute strategies and test new ideas.
• Analyze performance metrics, flag optimization opportunities, and recommend actionable changes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and apply strategies to help clients perform.
• Leadership & Initiative:
• Take ownership of tasks, identify new opportunities, and proactively suggest improvements for both clients and Cypress North.
• Lead sections of meetings with confidence and clarity.

• A deep understanding of the “why” behind strategies and the “how” of their execution.
• The ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
• A collaborative mindset and a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
• The ability to independently identify client needs and proactively address them.

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in areas like PPC, SEO, social media, or email marketing.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and working with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
• A track record of successfully managing client relationships and presenting findings to stakeholders.
