Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical‑Surgical
Work Fit Medical Staffing, PLLC is looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to provide essential care to patients recovering from various medical conditions or surgeries in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement evidence‑based interventions and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure highest standards of patient care.
- Document nursing care accurately and timely.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York.
- Minimum one year of experience in a medical‑surgical nursing role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Competitive pay starting at $52/hr.

Base pay: $52,000–$60,000/yr (converted from $52–$60/hr).
